As the world grapples with the climate crisis, conflicts and lingering effects of the pandemic, support to MSMEs in developing countries is critical.

The virtual HLPF side event “Climate Competitiveness: How Small businesses in developing countries can contribute to a climate smart recovery and Agenda 2030 through international trade” took place on 6 July 2022 and it featured a panel of innovative eco-entrepreneurs and those who support them on how transitioning to a low-carbon economy helps them to be more competitive and resilient to future crises.
